Tom Jozwiak
Hi, I’m Doctor Tom, and I’m the “Senior” dentist here at Jozwiak Family Dentistry, not that I want to be the senior of anything. 🙂
I grew up in the south suburbs, one of six kids in our Polish family. After majoring in Chemistry with an Honors Degree from Loyola University of Chicago, I graduated in 1984 from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry.
My late lovely wife of 25 years, Theresa, and I opened the practice back in 1987, and it’s been wonderful ever since. I’m so happy we chose Schaumburg to be our lifelong dental office location, as I have always loved “Schaumburgers” and the wonderful group of people that our practice has attracted. I have three children, Ryan, Kevin, and Jenni who are wonderful, kind souls. Ryan is an MD, Kevin is obviously a dentist with me now, and Jenni is a kindergarten teacher in Roselle.
I currently enjoy playing tennis, including being on a USTA team, I like bike riding, kayaking, concerts and theater in downtown Chicago, the Cubs (but I’m not anti-Sox, as I grew up in the south suburbs), and also lots of fun travel destinations, especially cruises. I am very thankful to have had a wonderful staff for all these years, and most have been with me between 15 and 25 years. I look forward to continuing practicing for a long time as I have a blast doing it. Come join us!
Kevin Jozwiak
Hello, I’m Dr. Kevin, and I’m here to help with all your dental needs. Many of you know me as Dr. Tom’s son and have watched me grow up in our office. I liked it so much that I decided to do it myself. After four years at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, I completed my Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree at the University of Illinois in Chicago. Needless to say, I never wanted to be far from the community that I grew up in.
I guarantee that as your dentist I’ll work with you to find the solutions that fit your wants and needs while treating you how I would like to be treated myself. I love helping people to build their confidence. When I’m not making smiles, you can find me at Wrigley Field with Dad or chasing my dog Happy around the neighborhood.
